Dario Bezzina is a Certified Public Accountant with over 14 years of experience in corporate finance and advisory services. He graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Malta and began his career in 2010 at a Big Four firm, where he gained a strong foundation in financial reporting and advisory work.

For the past decade, Dario served as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of a Malta-based venture capital firm, supporting a wide portfolio of companies across various financial and strategic initiatives. His areas of expertise include accounting, VAT advisory, consolidations, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence.

Dario has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including iGaming, Fintech, lead generation, AI, logistics, retail, and manufacturing—equipping him with a broad perspective and adaptable approach to financial strategy.
